These paintings are extensions of photographs

taken in 2019 when life was in a state of flux. This was the first time I started documenting myself. Since then I’ve been exploring ‘perception’ and the distorted ways in which we view ourselves. I also keep revisiting the term ‘reflection’ itself, and how it constantly changes.

To this day, I document myself in distorted mirrors and hope to keep expanding on these series of reflections.
